Jeff Wertz,
Senior Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Jeff Wertz is primarily responsible for sales management and marketing. As the head of sales, his responsibilities include annual and long-term strategic initiatives for the TCFEF business segments including Construction, Transportation, Environmental Services, Manufacturing, Specialty Markets, Homecare, Healthcare, Golf, Agriculture and Franchise Finance. He is also responsible for overseeing the Marketing department for TCFEF. Wertz joined TCFEF in February in 2000. He previously spent seven years with GE Capital in various sales roles. Wertz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and management from Minnesota State University in Mankato. He is a native of Delano, Minnesota.

Jim Filiatrault,
Senior Vice President, Portfolio

Jim Filiatrault is primarily responsible for the management of customer service, records management, titles, insurance, collections, workouts, special assets, remarketing and equipment management. He joined TCFEF in May of 1997. Prior to joining TCFEF, Filiatrault spent five years in various collections and bankruptcy-litigation roles with Green Tree Vendor Services Group and five years in consumer and commercial third party collections with Triad Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as well as his Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Bob Stark,
Senior Vice President, Capital Markets

Bob Stark is primarily responsible for the Capital Markets Segment, including syndications buy and sell and potential portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining TCFEF in September of 2001, Stark spent five years as Chief Credit Officer for Firstar Equipment Finance, Inc. and eight years in the portfolio and credit departments at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc. Stark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration in strategic management and corporate finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Curt Billmeyer,
Senior Vice President, Credit Administration

Curt Billmeyer is primarily responsible management of TCFEF credit policy and credit scoring program, regulatory compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering and fair lending policies and procedures, as well as the business continuity and emergency preparedness management for. Prior to joining TCFEF in March of 2003, Billmeyer previously spent 12 years with US Bank in various credit and risk management roles. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Colorado and is originally from Denver, Colorado.

Rick Pawlewicz,
Senior Vice President, Operations

Rick Pawlewicz is responsible for documentation, funding, booking, program management, and cash application. He is also the project lead for the Exceptional Customer Experience initiative at TCFEF. Prior to joining TCFEF in March of 2014, Pawlewicz was Senior Vice President of Operations-USA for De Lage Landen for ten years. He held many positions of responsibility in operations, with Fleet Capital Leasing and Textron Financial. He was also Vice President and General Manager of SPX Credit, a captive finance subsidiary of SPX Corporation. He started his business career as a commercial lender with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York City. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Pawlewicz is a native of St. Paul, MN and was drafted into the NFL by Philadelphia Eagles before entering the financing services industry.

Paul Healey,
Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer

Paul Healey is primarily responsible for managing the underwriting teams supporting the Construction, Agriculture, Healthcare, Golf, Capital Markets, Commercial Marine, and Municipal finance segments. He also coordinates the quarterly reserve analysis and quarterly enterprise risk management reviews for the company. Prior to joining TCFEF in 2014, Healey spent 16 years at GE Capital in various operations and credit management roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in diplomacy and world affairs from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA, a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN. Healey is a native of Minneapolis, MN.

Mark Valentine,
Senior Vice President, Credit

Mark Valentine is primarily responsible credit management for the Construction, Specialty Markets, Franchise, and Manufacturing segments. He joined TCFEF in March 2000 as Vice President, Credit Manager. Previously, Valentine worked in various credit and sales roles at GE Capital, Norwest Equipment Finance, Inc., Concord Commercial Corporation, Mellon Financial, and Associates Commercial Corporation. He received his Associates Degree in finance from the College of Lake County, a Bachelor of Science in finance from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Valentine is a native of Englewood, NJ.

Tom Greco,
Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager for Construction, Transportation, Environmental Serivces, and Manufacturing

Tom Greco is primarily responsible for the management of the national sales teams for the Construction, Transportation, Environmental Services and Manufacturing Segments, as well as the implementation of marketing strategies of direct, vendor and program sales efforts, setting overall pricing strategies, and working as a liaison with the Credit, Operations, Legal, Portfolio, Finance and Program Management departments. Greco joined TCFEF in 2009, most recently serving as Senior Vice President for the Construction and Environmental Services division. He has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry serving in different credit and sales management roles. Greco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and finance from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. He is a native of Racine, WI.
