
Job Title: Account Manager
Category: TCFEF PRIMARY OBJECTIVEPosition Summary
Responsible for all sales activities for assigned TCFEF source programs. Account Manager will be responsible to achieve volume and spread goals for assigned programs. Major Areas of Accountability A. Primary contact for the assigned sources; establish application tracking system; completes credit write-up, transaction pricing, financial statement analysis, references, D&B, CBR; advise source and /or end - user of credit decision in writing, including all terms and conditions; monitor completion of the transaction. B. Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitor’s offerings, rates, and market share in their program accounts; advise the respective Sales Representative and/or Sales Manager and recommend appropriate actions. C. Provide the Sales Manager and Sales Representative monthly volume and spread forecast for assigned programs. D. Strategize with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives in the development of new programs. This responsibility would include providing input to the selection process. E. Coordinate and conduct quarterly source meetings with the purpose of analysis of program and determine improvement areas for future implementation. F. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and meet with customers in person. G. Assist in implementation of an on-line program process.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:•5+ years sales experience in related industry or a minimum of three years as a Client Services Representative •Solid understanding of equipment finance products, processes and procedures. •Solid understanding of credit underwriting/analysis •Solid presentation, communication, organization and time management skills •Ability to make sound, responsible decisions in a timely manner •Strong PC and technical skills Preferred: •Equipment Finance Credit Experience Supervisory Responsibilities •None
EDUCATIONRequired:•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
