
Job Title: Funding Transaction Coordinator
Category: TCFEF PRIMARY OBJECTIVEAudit transactions within the operations team to ensure compliance with all required approval terms, policies and procedures, contract/product requirements, pricing parameters, UCC compliance and any other required transactional and/or program requirements. Provides funding authorization to release funds to commence equipment lease and loan transactions.
Major Areas of Accountability A. Accurately audit and authorize the release of funds under lease and loan transactions within assigned primary market segment. Can consistently verify receipt of all required approvals and approval terms, final pricing and yield perimeters, transactional structure, product identification, and compliance with all other required policy and internal standards. B. Works closely with other departments (i.e., legal, tax, sales, credit) and customers and/or vendors to proactively verify compliance and effect any adjustments needed prior to funding approval. C. Independently validates transaction for accuracy, including customer legal name and organizational structure, credit approval terms, equipment cost description and location, pricing, tax rates and structure, and all items needed to ensure equipment ownership and/or collateral interest perfection and policy compliance.. D. Accurate entry, coding and maintenance of internal transaction parameters within applicable accounting systems. E. Perform other projects and initiatives, as required, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the operations team and contribute to continuing improvement of overall company performance.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:•0-2 years of commercial contract experience or related business experience. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Solid customer service skills. •Ability to make sound, responsible decisions in a timely manner. •Strong PC skills •Demonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. •Demonstrated the drive, energy and persistence to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives Preferred: •Previous experience and knowledge of leasing operations.
EDUCATIONRequired:•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred: •Commercial lending background helpful
